1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the rp888 platform at rp888.bingo ("the Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with rp888's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and rp888 with respect to your use of the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the rp888 platform and, if applicable, close your rp888 account. Your continued use of rp888 following notification of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

The rp888 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating a rp888 account or using the Platform in any way, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. rp888 reserves the right to request age verification documents from any account holder at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their rp888 account will be immediately closed, all deposits will be returned, and any winnings or bonuses will be forfeited without exception.

2.2 Jurisdiction

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of rp888 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. rp888 does not warrant or represent that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Pakistani players are responsible for understanding and complying with local regulations regarding online gaming.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each eligible individual may register only one rp888 account. Multiple accounts registered to the same person, household, IP address, payment method, or device will be considered a violation of these Terms. rp888 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to withhold any funds or bonuses associated with them.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Information

When registering a rp888 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 Verification (KYC)

rp888 may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Verification documents may include a copy of your Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address, or proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities or account closure.

3.3 Account Ownership

Your rp888 account is personal to you and may not be transferred to, shared with, or used by any other person. You must not allow any other individual to access your rp888 account or place bets on your behalf. rp888 accounts registered by or on behalf of third parties, corporations, or syndicates are prohibited.

4 Account Security

4.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your rp888 Login username and password. You must not disclose your rp888 Login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. rp888 will never ask you to provide your password via email, SMS, telephone, or Live Chat — any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to rp888 Support immediately.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your rp888 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify rp888 Support immediately via the Live Chat facility available on the Platform. rp888 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to notify rp888 of suspected unauthorised access in a timely manner.

4.3 Two-Factor Authentication

rp888 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for your rp888 Login, delivered via SMS to your registered Pakistani mobile number. rp888 strongly recommends enabling 2FA. If 2FA is enabled, both your password and the one-time code sent to your mobile number are required to complete the rp888 Login process.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rp888 accepts PKR deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as your rp888 account. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered rp888 account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit at rp888 is PKR 500. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, subject to verification status and payment method. Current limits are displayed in the rp888 cashier at the time of deposit.

5.3 Currency

All rp888 account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). rp888 does not charge a platform-side currency conversion fee. Any currency conversion fees imposed by a player's bank or payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player and are not related to rp888's platform operations.

5.4 Deposit Integrity

rp888 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds at any time, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Deposits originating from proceeds of illegal activity are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified rp888 accounts are processed within 30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals during standard processing hours. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. rp888 does not guarantee processing times during periods of exceptionally high demand or public holidays in Pakistan.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal from a rp888 account is PKR 500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per rolling period apply and are displayed in the rp888 cashier. Higher-tier rp888 accounts may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits following successful KYC verification.

6.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. rp888 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal request. Withdrawals to third-party accounts — accounts not belonging to the registered rp888 account holder — are never permitted.

6.4 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Any active bonus balance subject to wagering requirements must be fully wagered before a withdrawal of the bonus amount or associated winnings can be processed. The cashier will indicate whether a pending wagering requirement applies to your current rp888 balance before confirming any withdrawal request.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All rp888 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms, including but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit amounts (expressed in PKR), wagering requirements (expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount or combined deposit and bonus amount), eligible games, time limits for claiming and completing wagering, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to winnings derived from bonus play. 7.2 Bonus Eligibility

rp888 bonuses are available to eligible Pakistani players who meet the stated qualification criteria. Unless otherwise specified, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. rp888 reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers from players who are found to be abusing the promotional system.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

rp888 actively monitors for bonus abuse including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to generate bonus winnings without genuine gameplay risk, coordinated play between multiple accounts, and exploitation of software errors or promotions offered in error. Where bonus abuse is identified, rp888 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close the account concerned.

7.4 Errors in Promotions

In the event that a promotion is published with an error in its terms (including incorrect PKR amounts, incorrect wagering multipliers, or incorrect game eligibility), rp888 reserves the right to correct the error and apply the correct terms retroactively, or to cancel the promotion. Players will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Game Integrity

rp888 Casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Live dealer games at rp888 Casino are operated by third-party providers under independent certification. 8.2 Sports Betting Rules

8.3 Void Bets

In the case of voided bets, the staked PKR amount shall be returned to the player's rp888 account balance.

8.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all rp888 Casino games and sports betting markets. These limits are expressed in PKR and are displayed in the relevant game or betting interface before a wager is placed. Bets placed below the minimum or above the maximum stake will be rejected by the Platform.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rp888 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false registration information including false names, dates of birth, addresses, or national identity details.
• Opening multiple rp888 accounts under any name, device, or payment method.

10 Responsible Gaming

rp888 is committed to the wellbeing of all Pakistani players on its platform. Gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity, and rp888 provides tools to help players maintain control over their activity on the Platform.

10.1 Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on their rp888 account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased immediately — increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

Any other use — including reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works — is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of rp888.

The rp888 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of rp888. You must not use any rp888 trademarks or branding in any way that is likely to cause confusion or that implies affiliation with or endorsement by rp888 without express written permission.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rp888, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the rp888 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, server outages, or internet connectivity issues experienced by the player or their internet service provider in Pakistan.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's rp888 account where the player has failed to maintain the confidentiality of their rp888 Login credentials.
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain errors.
• Any delay in the processing of PKR deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, or MCB Bank.

rp888's total liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the PKR value of the player's rp888 account balance at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

rp888 collects, processes, and stores personal data submitted by Pakistani players in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to the rp888 Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and rp888.

rp888 uses your personal data solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, complying with legal and regulatory obligations, providing customer support, and, where you have opted in, sending promotional communications about rp888 offers relevant to Pakistani players. rp888 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

14 Amendments to These Terms

rp888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on the rp888 platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, rp888 will provide notice to registered players via their registered email address or via a notification displayed upon rp888 Login.

Your continued use of the rp888 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the rp888 platform and, if applicable, close your rp888 account before the amendment takes effect. Closing your rp888 account does not affect any obligations or rights that arose under the Terms prior to account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising from or connected with your use of the rp888 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. rp888 is committed to resolving disputes with Pakistani players fairly and efficiently.

15.1 Dispute Process

In the event of a dispute regarding the operation of your rp888 account, the settlement of a bet, the calculation of winnings, or any other aspect of the Platform, you must first contact rp888 Support via Live Chat with full details of the dispute. rp888 Support will acknowledge the dispute within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days. The outcome of any investigation conducted by rp888 in good faith shall be considered final.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
